By using Supaspec, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Supaspec is a versioned spec editor with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, designed for AI agent collaboration. The platform allows you to create, version, and manage specifications that can be read and edited by AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, and others.
When creating and using a Supaspec account, you agree to:
You retain full ownership of the specifications, sections, and other content you create on Supaspec. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the service, you grant Supaspec a limited license to host, store, display, and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and any collaborators you authorize.
Supaspec allows AI agents to interact with your specifications through MCP. When you connect an AI tool to your account, that agent acts on your behalf. You are responsible for all actions taken by AI agents connected to your account, including edits, proposals, and content modifications. You should review agent changes and use the built-in version history and proposal system to maintain oversight.
Access to the Supaspec API and MCP server is subject to fair use policies. You agree not to abuse the service through excessive requests, automated scraping beyond authorized MCP tool usage, or any activity designed to degrade service performance. We reserve the right to implement and enforce rate limits to ensure service quality for all users.
Supaspec offers a free tier with core features including 3 projects, unlimited sections, MCP access, and 2 agent connections. Pro and Team plans with additional features are planned for future release. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice. If pricing changes affect your current plan, you will be notified at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

The Supaspec platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Supaspec. Open source components used in the platform are attributed to their respective authors and governed by their respective licenses. Your use of the service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service.
We strive to maintain high availability but provide the service on a best-effort basis. There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) for free tier accounts. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, though we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
You may delete your account at any time through the platform. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice when possible. In cases of severe abuse, we may terminate access immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supaspec and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
